I used to really like this place for the vegetarian options, but I have had multiple awful delivery experiences with them. The restaurant and delivery person both missed either my apartment or phone information on the form and many times deliver over 2 hours after I've placed the order. There are enough great restaurants in the East Village that they're no longer worth the hassle.

The food is ok. Love the non-egg salad sandwich. Sometimes it takes a long time to get here- 60-90 mins. The homes fries are a bit salty. Sometimes I order the vegan cookies and they never have it and then they send whatever they want and 90% of the time I don't like what they sen- macaroons in particular. I always worry about the tip. I feel strange not tipping the delivery person because I already included it in the online order. I always wonder if I should still give 'him' an extra tip or just not add the tip online and give it in person. But sometimes I don't have cash so I add it online. Do they open on Mondays? Not sure, tried ordering today and it won't go through. The white ice cream is yummy, the chocolate not so much. Service wise I have no complaints, I haven't called in an order, only seamless web. I would admit the sandwiches are sometimes all over the place, but am at home and I can make a mess. I do find it's a bit pricey and sometimes annoy myself by paying $25 a day for lunch.

Food, whatever. Service, bad. The sandwich was all over the place - not in one piece. Plus, I ordered sides with the sandwich as well as scrambled eggs, but NO UTENSILS were included in the bag, even though I specifically asked for them. Also NO NAPKINS were included. Had to use my freaking hands to eat the stuff because I was in the library studying for finals.

the food is ok but they keep raising prices. it never ends. since when are deserts $8.00? also, because they see a lot of people order the salmon, they raise that by a dollar over all the other fish selections on the menu, when in fact salmon is the cheapest fish to buy. their greed will eventually kill them.

My food took over an hour to arrive when I ordered a salad and live five blocks away. I called to inquire on the whereabouts a few times and the person who answered was really unapologetic, saying they had a lot of orders come in at once, like it was my fault for ordering or something. When the salad did finally get to my place it was just okay. Not going to bother with this again. (Having worked in a restaurant answering phones, I know this is how NOT to treat your customers, ever.)

I really enjoy the tofu, especially the Chipotle tofu. Organic Grill gives you a lot of tofu for the price. However, I have ordered two different soups (split pea and miso) and they were terrible, particularly the miso. The service is also spotty - sometimes it is very fast and sometimes it is very, very slow. I called two separate to ask them about my order status and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Food is great, however the service is AWFUL. Often orders are "missed," or if you have had them deliver to multiple addresses they will choose whatever address they like to deliver to. Receptionists are clueless and will cancel your order after you have already been waiting 30 minutes. order eleswhere as this place is an operational nightmare. Also, don't depend on them to refund you after your order is cancelled by them.

The food is just "ok" I ordered: - Fish Special that comes with choice of fish (choose Salmon) and vegetable (choose Kale) with quinoa. - Guacamole and Chips - Vegan Strawberry Ice cream - Energy Booster Slush - Coffee Yeah I was hungry! The food was just ok. I had to add mega salt to the kale and quinoa. To tell you the truth the "salmon" didn't really taste like salmon. It was tougher, so I think they gave me the grouper by mistake. It was ok, it was edible, just not great. The guacamole arrived with some brown areas, but tasted awesome. The vegan ice cream was ok. The energy booster slush, was more like a glorified orange juice, and was not worth 6 bucks. The coffee was very bad. I'm giving it 3 stars as the service was great, and they arrived within 30 min and the food was alright. Ultimately I'm not so sure I will order from them again. Too pricey for just "ok" food. I might give them one more chance as there are too few health/organic food options on seamless.

Wow. I have never waited 2 hours for an order before, from anywhere. Delivery service is absurd it is so bad. Claim on Seameless was 30-45 min - I waited 2 hours. Wow. Jaw dropping bad service.

Guacamole came old and with brown hue. Asked for beans on the side and no peppers. There were no peppers but it came SMOTHERED in beans. It s not like there was a miscommunication, it s on a printout! I can t eat any of this and I m out 25 bucks. *Also the salad came with NO dressing and none on the side either.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First they ran out of the item I initially ordered. When asked about what I'd like for a replacement, they requested I add the $1.50 price difference to the delivery guys tip which annoyed me. An hour later, they delivered my replacement item wrong. An hour later and I finally received what I had ordered but the crepes were cold and rubbery (they also didn't give me a knife) and my drink was revolting. Will never be eating from here again.

The food is terrific. Top-notch. The best straight vegetarian (and/or veggie friendly) place, for this neighborhood, on this site. I've yet to have anything from here that wasn't excellent. THAT SAID, they can sometimes take well over an hour to deliver your food, and on four separate occasions now (out of a dozen or so orders) they've screwed up my order completely. So, be warned.

The delivery window said 45-60 minutes. Got confirmation number in email. Called after 60 minutes. Got the sense that they JUST THEN discovered my order. Said it was on the way. Then called back to say they didn't have an item I ordered. Then told me to contact Seamless Web. This place is the pits.

Everything I ordered was delicious! I've been trying to eat healthier food, and this health food was fantastic. The delivery was on time, and I was worried the Mushroom burger would have gotten soggy, but unlike most places there was no problem (probably because it wasn't greasy - YAY!).

Very good food, I had the fruit smoothie and veggie burger and something from their coffee bar. One problem, the coffee spilled in the bag and soaked the food, but they were extremely accommodating and replaced my order immediately.
